We operate from headquarters in Birkerød, Denmark, where our production facilities are located, and service engineers have direct contact with production and R&D departments. Thanks to this structure, we are able to quickly analyse the problem and accurately make a diagnosis, based also on the knowledge of our engineers from the R&D. Exchange of information with the customer by e-mail or help via call service centre is an extremely effective way to repair failures and quickly restore the equipment to operation.
Providing an information - do it yourself
In addition, extensive access to our training materials, such as operating instructions, technical documentation and tech videos, allows to solve many standard issues by the users themselves in a simple and quick way without the need to contact the service department.
In the event a service visit is required, GM engineers or agents shall carry out repairs on site and be provided with the necessary spare parts. All delivered components are original and tested in GM machines, which ensures the long and trouble-free operation of our equipment. Thanks to this you receive a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and labour.
As a supplier of advanced conversion solutions, we care about good relations with our clients and effective partner cooperation. Therefore, we offer service contracts, provide in-house training on the machine and in our headquarters, as well as consultancy in the selection of materials and production - anytime, anywhere and around the world.
