The GM XP500 converting line

The XP500 line is designed to varnish, laminate and die cut a 500mm wide web on both sides in one process. It integrates with the Xeikon 5000 digital press and forms a full production line for post cards, brochures and many other products. The end product is placed on a conveyer or packed in boxes at the end of the line.

Maximum web width: 500mm
Maximum speed: 32 m/min
Materials supported: Paper and cardboard (or anything that can be die cut)
Die cutter: Repeats from 9"-28" are supported. The die can be swapped quickly using a magnetic plate.
