SRW330 Foil Rewinder

The SRW 330 - Servo driven rewinder.

Designed for standard and sensitive materials.

The unit has been tested with OPP foils down to 8 um. The rewinder is designed to run inline with a print engine and/or buffer or as a stand-alone rewinder for general purposes. The maximum speed of the machine is 60 m/min.Rewinding speed is controlled by the build-in dancer arm or by the speed signal from a buffer unit.The speed can been limited by the operator on the front panel.Web tension is separated between the roll and the printing engine by an air-operated nip. The webtension on the roll is controlled by a closed-loop regulation system and can be adjusted from 5 to 120 Newton. Roll diameter calculation makes the rewinder able to perform accurate taper tension control. The tension between the rewinder and the web source is controlled by the dancer arm and is adjustable. An electronic web guide corrects the web alignment for precise rolls. The automatic "lay on roller" avoids air to be trapped in the rolls and thereby prevents wrinkles etc. The built in Indigo-interface enables remote control and fault detection in connection with HP Indigo printing engines.
