AC500 Coating line
The AC500 coating lines is an universal coating machine for water or UV (optional) based coatings/varnish. The machine can run inline or offline at speeds upto 50m/min. Typical applications are full flood varnish, spot varnish (optional) and priming substrates before printing them on a digital press (HP Indigo digicoat, Saphire coating etc).
Please note that this model can be delivered with an internal unwind and rewind if needed.

Note maximum speed depends upon substrate and coating
COATING SYSTEM
• Flexographic printing station
• Cylinder range 254mm-482mm (10"-19")
• 1/8" pitch gearing
• Incorporating a quick change cassette system enabling the
complete ink tray removed in seconds
• Ink train consisting of ink tray, ceramic anilox roller, rubber meter
roller and reverse angle doctor blade
• Automatic throw off on stop
• Blown hot air drying system
